Our group of friends was looking for a nice place to stay, during Bridge day Weekend in West Virginia. We agrred on The Mineral Springs Motel because of the price and location. It turned out to be very clean, within walking distance to 3 restaurants, and a gas station that sold pizza, sandwhiches and had a beer cave!
We stayed two nights and will definetly return next year. If it hadn't rained , we were planning on a cook-out in the yard. There was also a firepit along the river with cut wood in it ready to go. There was a public recreation area on Block Island with pavillions , a swimming pool and I think a basketball court. You just had to cross a footbridge to there from the motel parking lot. Well cared for establishment.
