“Great Little Spot”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013

Down at the bottom of the mountain, the Fiddlehead has live music and some good food. The wings are fantastic. Problem is that the food is expensive for what you get. $4 for a taco? $6 for a side salad? Need to drop prices a little but overall a good place, especially on Wednesday with free wing day, I think it was buy 6 get 6 free.

“Cool stop with good food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

The fiddlehead offers more Sophisticated food than you'd expect in this local. Food was good, service was good, beer was cold live music varies but it's free.
I'd recommend the Fiddlehead.

“Pleasantly Surprised”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

Stopped in with my son on a Friday night after skiing at Snowshoe. Great Four Cheese pizza with pesto sauce. They had 5 beers on tap - PBR, Yeungling, and 3 micro brews. I had the oatmeal stout and it was great with the pizza. A 3 piece band - guitar, violin/fiddle, and bass kicked off and it was like a nice Irish pub. No cover. Simple. Very relaxing after skiing all day.

“Bar food from the micro oven”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

The food is ok, for a bar. The music gets sometimes very loud at the bar area. The other room is quite. One night is ok. as nothing in the area. The menu is very small. The prices are good.
