“Nice room for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2012

The room was well appointed with the only problem being a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain bar that I'll chaulk up to an honest mistake by the cleaning staff. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked with cold cereals and muffins. There were also some precooked waffles that could be heated in the microwave. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Overall A very nice place to stay.

We booked a room at this Microtel due to it's close proximity to Winterplace Ski Resort. We have never stayed at a Microtel before, but we were very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The rooms were not large, but very comfortable for our family of 4 and included a microwave, coffee maker and small fridge which was a plus. The beds were very comfortable with 3 pillows on each bed. The bathroom was very clean as well. We took a dip in the pool but found it a little chilly so retreated to the small spa for a bit and enjoyed it a lot. We brought our own pool towels because most hotels provide the smallest towels in their pool area, but we ended up using the ones the hotel offered because were happy with the larger size they had. The continental breakfast had lots to offer including eggs, toaster waffles, and french toast sticks as well as a selection of cold cereals, muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. The gentleman working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when we visit Princeton.

We used this Microtel as a stop on our way down to Florida. We've had good experiences so far with this motel chain so it was an easy choice. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Prices were great as well. Would recommend to others!

I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to the US. I hadn't booked in advance but I received a reasonable rate without any hassle.
The rooms are a good size and comfortable - everything was as promised.
Would definitely return there when in the area.

The overall stay was fine. The room was clean, and nicely decorated. There were 3 adults in our group and we had plenty room. Internet service was good. The desk clerks were nice and helpful. Upon arival I ask if they had tea bags, she immediately went to find me some. We had a refridgerator and microwave in our room. The pool area was exceptionally clean and fresh looking. We got 10% off our evening meal at Applebees with our room key. The breakfast was small (no fruit or yogurt), but enough to choose from. AND..the money we saved let us eat at Shoney's breakfast bar with money to spare from what a different motel would have cost. Over all, it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

The room was very modern, it was nice, and the kids liked the room. The only issue that we had was that there was a strip club right behind it. It did not seem to be an issue though. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was alright, the only issue was that the waffles were of the frozen variety. Other than that it was a good stay.

My girlfriend and I were travelling to Charlotte, NC from PA and Princeton was a perfect place to stop for the night. We made our reservations on Hotwire.com so we didn't have a choice of room. When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'm not sure how new this place is, but it has a modern decor in lobby and in the rooms. Our room had a micro fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There is coffee but no tea. This isn't a place you'd want to stay for too long b/c the rooms are very small. Two in a room is the max to be comfortable. Each room also has wifi and a internet cable connection. Our room also had a flatscreen.

Breakfast was "eh". Cereal, muffins, bagels, waffles, apples, danishes. If you have a gluten allergy, then the only thing you could have would be an apple.

Our room key had an applebee's ad on it for 10% off at the restaurant. We took them up on the offer. Applebee's is open until 12 am Sun. -Thurs.

Overall, I highly recommend microtel inn and suites!
