“Clean, decent place to stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2011

We stopped here for a trip to PA to visit family. The room was clean, smelled fine, the linens were clean. The shower was a stand up stall type shower with a glass door, which was immaculately clean. There is an indoor pool, which we did not use, and an exercise area as well. The breakfast was disappointing in that the waffle iron did not have any cooking spray to spray on it and the waffle batter was burning and sticking to the iron. The staff member in charge didn't seem to understand what was going on. The breakfast area was extremely small, although it was clean, so that was a plus. Overall it was what you expect from a chain hotel: A clean place to sleep before moving on with the rest of your trip. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

We have stayed at this property in previous years and did so again on Oct. 14/11. The staff were still friendly and the room still very clean. There is a Chili's just down the hill that you can walk to and several other restaurants in the area. This hotel is easy to get to and we find it quiet even though it is next to the interstate. They serve a very good breakfast. Although we do not travel with our dog, this is a dog friendly place and we saw several large dogs checking in. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past on our way to FL. It is real handy to I-77. There is nothing real fancy about it but it is a nice place to stay. The breakfast has all the basic usuals plus hard boiled eggs & biscuits and gravy. We always use a coupon from the coupon books that you pick up at the rest areas to get a real good price.

They had posted in the room a cost for towels, wash cloths, clock, coffee maker,exc....and then stated these items could be purchased from their house cleaning supervisior for these stated fees..however if you take these item without purchasing from housekeeping your bill from the room charge will have the costs applied,,,Well if a maid were to say something was missing and I were charged for something I did not take how could I prove it...My word against their staff????SOOOOOOO I would advise you to do what we did ...when you check out have the desk clerk go to the room and take inventory....Now we don't have to worry...This place made us feel that we were being accused just in case////...The room was non smoking and it stunk outside the door and inside the room..Yukkk!!!! We will never stay there again...Also where was the hot tub??? False advertizing I do think !!!!

I would like to apologize that you felt offended by our amenity price listing. Due to the high qualiity of linens and amenities that we purchase, we have many guests that are interested in purchasing these items. We wanted everyone to know that we do have these items available for purchase. Once again, I apologize that you felt threatened by this gesture, as it was certainly not meant in that respect.

Princeton is half-way to a destination we travel several times a year. We've stayed at 4 different hotels at this exit; this one is the newest and the best value IMHO. I always check cleanliness even under the matress and never disappointed. One word of caution - the smell of smoke was very strong from nearby smoking rooms. For some reason I noticed there were more smokers this visit. Breakfast was pretty good - waffles, cereals, hard boiled eggs, etc. Also, everything you need is located at this exit. Several restaurants, Wal-Mart, travel center all very close.

We had no choice to stay here. Hotels sold out two hours each way and needed a quick rest. Room was outright gross. Old bedding, hair in tub, smoke free room was not smoke free. Woke up in a.m. With bites on legs and believed to be flea bites or bed bug bites. Advised front desk and they did not care and was not surprised since Animals are allowed in the rooms. Hallways not well lite.

Stayed here because it was the last room available on our way to Hilton Head for a vacation-in that area. Only room was a smoking room. I usually don't mind but the smell in this was just awful. Used half can of febreze and still didn't come away without stinking - I would never suggest this as a place to stay.
Oh yes- room was 120$-no discounts for any reason because hey-last room in the city and take it or leave it.
Not happy with stay at all.

I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your accomodations at our hotel. We do strive to offer the best in service, quality, and accomodations. We do offer a small percentage of smoking rooms to satisfy our customers that are smokers. In the future, if you are traveling through the area, may I suggest that you make an advance reservation so that we can ensure that your smoking and bedding preferences may be met.
