My favorite thing about this hotel was definitely the scenery..it was up in the mountains and was very nice and quiet, with no traffic driving by. Our room had a huge window that took up the entire wall so we could enjoy the view. There were some good restaurants within walking distance..the only ones that I can remember are Applebees, Texas Steakhouse, and Ruby Tuesdays, and some fast food places..but they were all very close by, it's a pretty small town. They have an indoor pool that we did not get a chance to go in (they lock the doors at 9 or 10pm). There is a pretty large fitness center which looked really nice. It is a convenient and relaxing place to stop for a night if you're on your way somewhere..but there was not much to do in Princeton.
