We looked up the winery after buying a bottle of their sweet red for a picnic. For a sweet wine lover, it's an excellent place to go. Interestingly, for a small winery in a rural area in the middle of the week in September, it was amazingly busy. While we were there buying a case of the same wine we had for our picnic, there was a couple from California (the state, not the town in PA), a lady from New Mexico and 4 or 5 other customers popping in. I got to try their sweet catawba, called BAD CAT and bought a few bottles of that also. They had sweet white wine, but I prefer the reds and rose's, so I didn't try it. I did try their Chocolate wine. It was actually a combination of dark chocolate with their sweet red. It actually tasted like a tootsie roll dipped in a cherry coke. It would be great as a dessert wine, but a little would go a long way. I didn't try their fruit wines or their distilled liquers, but would have liked to try their apple pie moonshine and their apple jack, but they were bottled in larger jugs and I only wanted to try a smaller one.
For you dry wine lovers, they had 3 that the lady from New Mexico approved of, so a trip here wouldn't be wasted for any wine lover.
