I was a bit leary after reading some of the reviews here, but was pleasantly surprised. It is an older hotel as mentioned below, but my room was clean with decent furniture and a comfortable bed. Unlike most cheap hotels, the rooms smelled fresh and not musty. The so-called breakfast was pretty much pointless, but it is the cheapest room I could find in the area, so... Oh, and if you have a pet, the charge is just $10 as long as you tell the clerk. If you try to hide your pet and are caught, then they charge you $50. And no one was rude.

$50 service charge for pets! We made reservations through Wyndham online and the hotel almost refused to honor them! The service staff are ungrateful, nasty, unprofessional... I was very cordial with the manager who stalks you 10 minutes after checkout and then hangs up the phone on you. Rude!! Much needed renovations. The toilet barely flushes, and the sink was literally broken in several pieces then superglued back together. Don't stay here!

This is one of the original Knights Inn Buildings , One floor park at your door,somewhat of a castle design, It's an older motel that seems to have been taken care of and remodeled fairly well.
King size bed room also had a couch.Had direct TV. Rooms don't face highway so it's quiet.
Pleasant Check in person.-- The continental breakfast was a cinnamon square 2x2 Coffee cake and some mini donuts. juice and weak coffee. ( why in the day of McDonalds having great coffee few hotels can't make good coffee is beyond me). For the price it's a good value and a well run motel.

Easy on / off route 81. We needed a place to pull off for the night and this was perfect. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Small microwave and fridge a plus. They take pride in the place based on all the award plaques they have up in the lobby. So called “Free continental breakfast” was a stretch with just a few small pastries and coffee, but at the price I paid for the room, it didn’t matter.
