The diner-type chairs, paper napkins, and paper-enveloped silverware belie the quality of the food and service at this little restaurant at the airport. Cloth napkins and loose silverware would do much toward making the ambiance as nice as the food, which is very good. The surf and turf includes a nicely sized lobster tail with melted butter. The steak was a little over cooked, but still tender and tasty. One of our diners had the night's special, cod, which he found delicious. The homemade vegetable beef soup is seasoned perfectly. A nice warm baguette and soft butter are served with the very fresh salads. The creamy Italian salad dressing is absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is small, and the two servers busy, but efficient and fast. No room for dessert, although I was pining for the cherry pie and ice cream!
