Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe Sheila's demeanor. After a terrible experience booking a reservation for my father-in-law, it is obvious that these people do not know how to run a bed and breakfast. The mildly crabby telephone presence I initially experienced disintegrated into uncontrolled yelling--by Sheila--when Sheila realized she had double-booked her property by failing to note the correct dates for my father-in-law's stay. Even though we had booked our stay first, she decided she wanted the other people to stay in her property instead, so we were out in the cold. However, we are thankful we found out her true nature in enough time to find a place for him at another property in Lewisburg. I am certain that her guests will have a miserable time at her unattractive property, which undoubtedly reflects her ugly attitude and disreputable way of doing business.
