“A great place to visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

We have taken our granddaughter here twice ( she is 18 mths). She LOVES the petting zoo! The staff and volunteers are very friendly and eager to help any way they can. Honestly, we will go back but I feel the price is a bit expensive for young families with 2 or more children.

“VERY GOOD HISTORY LESSON”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

I had always wanted to visit this attraction and after several years did so in September 2013. It is a history tour of how people lived in the area from the very first settler. It has a great selection of artifacts. It has a transportation museum with lots of old cars and how they were built and a county store. They show a 10 minute film on the history of the farm. Well worth it. The owners are on site and very nice. The tour guides and staff are very helpful and friendly.
It met my expectations and I would recommend it. But you need to know it is not the Smithsonian museum. Although it has a few things the Smithsonian does not.
The road there is very windy and narrow, so if you have a big RV it will be a challenge for you.
When you pull out of the lot to leave turn left. Big mistake if you go the other way.

“great”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2013

everything was great. stuff was a little expensive but the attractions are one of a kind. my kids loved it. I have never seen an albino peakock and I had no idea that they sounded like that. it was definately a great experience, if you like animals and farm stuff.

Wonderful recreation of local living near downtown and in a very snug and lovely hilly part of the city.
