I stayed at this little cabin community last weeked and could not have had a better time. I rented the efficiency cabin 3 and it was neat and clean and had everything I needed. It was nice in the evening to have all the TV channels while enjoying the peace and serenity of being out in the woods. A walk down the gravel road along the rushing stream brings you to the Greenbriar River. A beautiful short walk. It was just a weekend away for me and my Aussie. We had a great tiem. There is tubing and kayaking on the river and fishing on the stream, on the ponds or at the river. The owner told me he would shuttle a kayak up the river as far as Marlinton for free. Wonderful people, wonderful experience. But bring water and ice, the well water is pretty sulfury. The best thing I can say about this place is I am going back for Labor Day and I expect to go again for a weekend in November.
