They used to let you win on the slot machines. Now they have games where you have to be present to win....if they draw your name. Not the same place I fell in love with a year ago. However, it is always VERY clean!

I had turn 21 years old, two days prior to the trip. As I approached the casino I copuldn't wait to get off the bus. When I went inside it look beautiful. I didn't know what machine to get on because they have so many. They provided the guess with beverage to drink while they were gambling and I though that was nice. The food was delicious. The only thing taht was missing was the table games. Other than that I had a blast.

I recently visited family in the DC/Baltimore area for the 4th of July. One family member suggested that we go over to Charles Town, West Virginia to play the slots. First of all, I was surprised that we were that close to West Virginia! We called the casion to get driving directions and found our way there within a couple of hours. The casion was certainly large and had plenty of slots. Pay out was better than the ones I've played in Delaware, Atlantic City or Las Vegas. We will certainly return to this casino. The food was not very good, but I did not go there to eat, I went to play the slots!

The only problem we had was our returning home. The roads are dark and the signs are not very visible until you're right up on them and sometimes not enough time to take the correct road. It is very easy to get lost.

Despite this, we had fun and are planning a return trip soon.

Charlestown is great during the day. It is nice, quiet and relaxing.
There is much more room to wander from slot to slot rather than at night..

I have won more here than in Vegas. Also, I didn't have to pay for a plane ticket and the local motels are a lot cheaper.

I'll be back.
