2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We booked this hotel due to the whirlpool/indoor heated pool, they were both available and open for use. We arrived, checked in and went to our room. We had a nice room, only complaint there would be was the carpet was starting to be worn our at the doorway, nothing major. The only complaint I would have would be the lack of supervision or watching over the pool and hot tub. We could not get in either due to all the baseball children that was there. These boys played so rough, 10-15 boys jumping in the hot tub, running adults out. The pool was full of children, which is fine by us, as we also had a child there, but the boys played so rough that our daughter as well as other children, could not get into the pool for more than a few minutes before having to get out due to the boys throwing chairs into the pool, throwing towels in the pool, throwing bottles in the pool as well as popcorn was being tossed in. They were jumping and slapping the pool water so hard that it would go over my child's head, though she was in the very shallow end, they threw shoes at each other, once hitting my daughter as well as another child. Water was thrown on the ceiling and windows. There were no chairs to sit in as the boys had taken all the chairs, turned them over, making a fort with them. This went on all evening, not allowing any person to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or pool, making our stay horrible. We traveled many, many hours to stay at this place, even went out of our way to stay here, only to not be able to enjoy what we were staying there for, the hot tub and heated pool. Things were not any better when going to use the office computer, it was so full of boys playing games on the computers, that there was no way I could get on and finish the business trip that I had taken to your area, having to wait to get home ti complete everything. The evening was also ruined when I tried to get into the fitness area and it was full of the same group of young boys playing on the equipment. The boys were not teens, they were young boys, possibly 8-12 years of age. I am sure nothing was said to this group as there was so many and they probably paid a lot to stay there but we also paid money and did not get to enjoy our trip there.

Room Tip: Be sure to plan a trip when there is not a large group heading to the same hotel, I guess next time...
