Good place to stay.
Overall: Checked in Friday evening, checked out Sunday morning. Check-in was quick as I had reserved online, they gave us complimentary bottles of water and we headed up to our room (King suite). Room was very spacious with sitting area (small sofa and chair, coffee table + work desk, small dresser with flatscreen on top) nearest the door. Small bar area had mini fridge and microwave, sink and coffee maker. Bathroom not super roomy, but just fine, very clean, good amount of counter space, nice bath products. Shower was spotless with good pressure, plenty of towels provided (4 of each size). Nice size closet with extra bedding (for the sofa bed) and a few hangers + suitcase stand, iron and ironing board. The bedroom is farthest from the door separated from the rest of the room by a set of double doors. Again, large space with bed + 2 nightstands across from small dresser with another flatscreen TV.
Good: Bed was clean and comfortable with a bunch of pillows. Spacious room, more than we needed for 3 people. Indoor pool is really nice for kids, one whole side is stairs so there's plenty of room for non-swimmers to play. They provide pool towels and there is a full bathroom with shower so you can change there. Breakfast was cheap at the restaurant, either buffet, which was basic, or cooked to order was <$10 per person, and kids eat free. The area is quiet, but only about a block or so away from food and other necessities.
Bad: These are partly due to me being a light sleeper so they may not bother others. Our room was on the 4th floor directly above the entrance so there was lots of light leaking in around the blackout curtains all night. This room must also be below the HVAC units on the roof because there was an annoying, low-level vibrating hum in the room constantly (my husband didn't even notice though). The A/C unit is in the bedroom and it is loud when it kicks on, I don't understand how a brand new hotel has such noisy units.
