“nice bar n grill”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

Have been there a few times. The pizza is NOT greasey, and high quality toppings. Great selection of wines, and beer. Owner greats you when he is on duty. Tells some good jokes, and stories. He reveals his Irish humor and stories. In general a nice place to relax

“legendary”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2012

Bob is a legend in Yakima. He is famous among the beer community for being friendly and for serving beers not available anywhere else in town. The location itself is very small so you want to arrive early to get good seats. The food is typical bar food but good quality and well priced. There is some local history to the location that they will share with you while you wait for your beer/food. This is the kind of location that everyone walks into and yells, "Hi Bob!" and if he isn't' there we are all disappointed. You just can't go wrong for casual dining and beer at this location.

“Great Food and Atmosphere if you can get over eating on Chinette.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2012

Great food, great atmosphere, wine by the bottle for on premises or off, good beer selection, OK wine by the glass selection. I had the provolone burger with salad instead of fries. Their "side" salad was a huge plate of greens. The sandwich of the day that my buddy had smelled divine. The only downside/odd thing was the use of Chinette paper plates; at least the silverware was real. Great location right downtown.
