We stopped over for a night and found pretty good value in this motel. It's located near some restaurants, was clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and gave some good recommendations for dinner in the area.

I'm a very budget minded traveler, always looking for reasonable pricing and amenities in my lodging needs. I found the Guesthouse Inn to be right up my alley. A comfortable and clean room, easy access, nice included breakfast, and friendly staff, all I could ask for with low pricing.

I would definitely stay here again when in Yakima.

Found this hotel the last minute online and its reviews helped. It's inexpensive. It is located among other big hotel chains. The room is okay, but clean. The carpet needs a little bit cleaning. The bathroom needs hook to hang clothes. Breakfast is okay. The staff there was very friendly and helpful.
For the $$ paid, it's better than I expected. The room is quite, probably because we were in the corner room. We did not encounter any problem. The wireless internet was not working very good. Definitely would stay again next time.

Clean and quiet, conveniently located, had a good stay on our way to Seattle. Very nice and helpful employees at the front desk made it easy to check in and check out. Good value for the money. We would stay here again if we needed a bed for the night in Yakima.
