We paid $71 (including tax, AAA rate) for a nice, clean room with king size bed. Wifi worked perfectly. It is a big, sprawling place with a confusing layout, so make sure you get clear directions on which entrance to use. There's a pool, but we didn't use it. They do not include breakfast with the room because there is a full-service restaurant in the building (we went elseqhwew). Everything was fine by me.

I booked a room on line and it said that it didn't work. So I booked the same room again and of course they charged me double for my room. Called the front desk and a very nice gentlemen helped me to correct it and I told him that I had 2 dogs and he said no problem your room total will be about $91.00 dollars. Got to the hotel about 10:30 a.m. and we were able to check in which was great got the keys to our room. Got the car all unload and our stuff to the room and the phones rings and I answer it and it's the front desk asking me if I had any dogs and I replied yes I have 2. So I had to go back to the front desk and fill out some paper work and she proceeded to tell me that they charge $15.00 dollars per dog per day. I said you have got to be kidding me. No sorry that's what we charge.I told her nobody told me there would be any kind of charge. So I ended up paying an extra $60.00 dollars on top of what I was already paying for my room mind you I have a 3 pound dog and a 8 pound dog I was so mad at this point but what could I do I traveled 240 miles and I just wanted to be done. And they also made me move all my stuff to another room which was clear across the other side of the hotel. Later on that evening I spoke to another person told her my whole situation and she said that she would speak to the manager to see if there was anything that they could do. But of course there was nothing they could do because that's the policies. If I had known that I would of left my dogs at home. This hotel is suppose to be dog friendly and they aren't. I work in the Hotel industry and we allow pets in our rooms and don't charge a thing. I will never be back.

I found this hotel very nice, nice rooms, helpful staff and pretty reasonable! I stayed while on a motorcycle trip and arrived early. They let me check in to my room even though I was over an hour before check-in time. The room was comfortable and there are lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

This property is more than adequate, but there are a few little things which could be better. The mold growing in the corners of the bathtub could have been pretty easily cleaned away, but obviously no one had done so in weeks or months. The bathroom door was pretty warped and didn't open and close properly. Lighting was pretty grim, and it's all looking a little tired. Beyond that, the beds are comfortable, the place is very convenient to the freeway, and the staff is sufficiently pleasant.

Would I go back? Probably not. It's on the higher end of the price scale in Spokane, but doesn't really offer anything that makes you want to pay extra for.
