The whole town of Yakima was pretty much full due to a baseball event, All the nice motels anyway, so we were stuck staying here for one night. It was the worst motel experience of our lives , anywhere in the world.
The carpet was beyond belief, absolutely disgusting. We were in a non-smoking room, but it stank of rotten death. The air conditioner smelled so bad of smoke we couldn't even have it on. We had a sofa in our room, that the goodwill wouldnt even be able to sell, it needs to be chopped up and thrown out!!! The comforter and blanket obviously had not been changed in weeks!!! Goodness knows what had been going on in that room, but we found drug paraphernalia spread throughout the room, under the bed, in the pull out bed, etc :( There are hookers and drug dealers living here. We had knocks on our door twice asking if they could use our bathroom. Dangerous place for children and women on their own.
I am calling the Health Department about this Motel, it needs to be torn down. There are other motels in this area that are just as bad, but on the next exit is a nicer area with better Hotels.
The only good thing was the Wifi worked well, so we were able to find other accommodations for the next day. If you do have to stay here, lock your vehicle, dead bolt your door and stay inside. Bring your own bedding, air-freshener, towels and bug spray.
