“Great times, atmosphere, and experience!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013 via mobile

All I can say is simply AMAZING!!

Firstly we arrived in bothell on a whim arriving from Vancouver on a spontaneous "what are we going to do today" Saturday.. So set up a Hotwire hotel, and on this said hotel, we found out about the redhook brewery. Although a 5 minute drive, we sucked it up and went for it.
Upon arrival, the place was PACKED. we were told there would be a 1.5 hour wait.. But with the cool atmosphere, cheap (and totally amazing) beer, and time in our favor we decided to wait. 10 minutes later after first ordering our beer from the bar for the wait (which by the way was so expediently served I don't think I even had time to say thank you before the beer arrived), the waitress came to us and said there is a table ready for us! Surprise!
From that point forward.... Food was amazing, we shared a half thing of nachos, which were probably the best nachos ever... And the bacon and burger.. We couldn't even finish the nachos they were so big!
We got such great service, atmosphere was so fun, and we even got a 6 pack to go.. Oh and thanks for the free bottle opener!!

“Loved the atmosphere”

Sat at the Bar, had a great chat with bartender and a few local patrons. Flight of beer tasting was great, try their pretzels!

“One of the best places to eat in the Greater Seattle Area!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013 via mobile

This place is simply awesome. The food is really good, the beer is really great and the atmosphere is awesome. For an appetizer I highly recommend the pretzel, you will contemplate ordering another! For food we generally get the Salmon sandwich or a burger. Can't go wrong with either. The beer selection is good and fresh which makes the difference. Between the fireplace, the beautiful bar area and the dining room set up; this place is homey and cozy yet has just enough sophistication to make it special.

Take the beer tour, it is fun, entertaining, and a great way to try their beer before committing to a pint.

We are repeat customers and this is a top five restaurant.

“Go for the beer and friends!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012

Great pace to have a beer and catch up with friends. Food is solid,, but not excellent. We go a few times a year, usually in summer. Sit outside. Take the tour!

“Attraction: brewery tour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Tripadvisor doesn't seem to list the tour as an attraction yet. An attached restaurant, Forecaster's Pub, is also not listed. We signed up for the tour, no reservations needed, and the cost is minimal, around $5. It's not a tour in the sense of walking from place to place. The attractive, funny, slightly hung over, female guide gave a very informative talk on the history of the brewery, how beer is made, what differences are among their various offerings, all while serving up 6 different ales or lagers for tasting. We basically stayed in one room, only once venturing a few yards to get a closer look at the operation. A nice experience for beer lovers; it's not quite as high brow as some wine and bourbon tours can be. You'll leave a bit buzzed so plan on having lunch, with or without beer, at the restaurant.
