“Relaxation at it's best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2011

We loved the Warm Springs Inn. My Mom & I are antique junkies and had a great time shopping till we dropped at the near by antique stores. We brought our evening meal back to the in with us and spent all evening with our feet up and enjoying our room.

After a fabulous breakfast and great conversation we headed back out to tackle even more antiques! Thank you so much for the beautiful, relaxing space to reconnect with each other!

Room Tip: we were in the downstairs and it was close to the hot tub.

This B&B is absolutely wonderful. We were treated like royalty by a very friendly innkeeper. We were treated with freshly baked cookies in the evening, which were delish. The view is lovely and the setting is very tranquil. The location is close enough to Leavenworth to visit, but far enough away to leave the crowds behind. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at the WArm Springs Inn. The grounds are gorgeous, the room spotlessly clean and spacious, Erin, our host, fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and very adequate. We will definately stay here again. It's very close to Leavenworth where the rooms are far more expensive and you get just a room. We felt like we had the whole house to ourselves. We loved having morning coffee on the deck and hearing the peaceful sound of the river below us.

The owner is gracious, pretty and very well dressed, the food is excellent, the price very reasonable and the rooms very nice. The setting is absolutely marvelous. The property is bordered by the Wenatchee River and orchards. The grounds are either French chateau or English manor. Take your pick.

I'm not familiar with the PNW so when my partner and I decided to get away, I did some searching. I found Warm Springs Inn and the photos looked lovely. So I booked it. After telling him where it was, apparently his family and some friends couldn't understand why I hadn't booked in Leavenworth, where more was going on. I got worried I'd made a mistake. Pulling into the property was like being in a different world. The Inn is absolutely breathtaking set on the River and next to orchards. The grounds are spacious and there is not a bad room. Kathy makes you feel like a friend and the breakfast, oh dear god, AMAZINGLY scrumtuous! We arrived on a day when there we no other guest so Kathy took the opportunity to go out for the night, inviting us the run of the house to watch the huge tv in the sitting room (overlooking the River), using the hot tub, etc. We had this all to ourselves! And I have a feeling even IF there were more guests, it wouldn't seem so. The 20 min ride into Leavenworth was beautiful, we stopped at a winery on the way and it's a short drive into Wenatchee, which has numerous restaurants worth a visit (an English/Irish pub was especially good). So, if you don't like the crowds and overpriced roomss of Leavenworth, do yourself a favor and stay with Kathy at swarm Springs Inn. You can tell your friends "I told ya so" when they agree you've made the right decision.

This B&B is on the banks of the Wenatchee River. The grounds are immaculately beautiful and expansive, and not surprisingly used for weddings and receptions. Kathy, our host, was generous with her conversation, home, and food. Upon arrival, she showed us around and gave us a dinner recommendation. Since we were the only mid-week guests, she then offered us the run of the house. So after a wonderful dinner (based on her recommendation), we curled up on the couch and watched one of her new movie videos on the large screen TV. Then up to our very quiet room, despite the nearby freeway and railroad tracks. We did open up the windows for enjoy the evening air, and still were not bothered by the distractions. Coffee was ready in the morning, with breakfast at the time of our choice. Breakfast afforded more time to converse with Kathy, plus enjoy some of her culinary skills: fruit and yogurt parfait, blueberry orange waffles, sausage, guava/orange juice. And then to top it off, she gave us hiking and eating recommendations for our next stop in Winthrop, WA. What a lady, what a place!

Everything was perfect: our wonderful hostess Kathy, the rooms, the setting, the delicious breakfast, the beautiful garden. Go there and you will love it!
We certainly hope to be back in the future.
