I've had quite a few meals here, both for lunches and private dinners, and it has never been disappointing. Great wine pairings and a special effort goes in to all his dishes. I even asked for a special request off the menu, a fried fish with swiss cheese and mushrooms and was accomodated without a problem. The standout at a private dinner was his version of osso buco using pork shoulder. If you are in Sunnyside and want a special meal at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong. To show you I'm not bought and paid for, I didn't like his grilled pear.
