From their awesome original baked goods for a quick stop thru their amazing sit down full breakfasts... This place is one of a kind! The Whole Hog Breakfast features ham, bacon and sausage and will easily feed two (maybe three). Sweet ladies and ambitious youths are there to serve... And it didn't seem like j ever had to ask for a water refill

I have been passing by this restaurant for years, and finally did stop for a bite. I ordered turkey gravy, and mashed taters, WOW! It was like they took a half a breast, half a leg, and about two pounds of potato's ,and another half pound of excellent dressing. Home made cranberry sauce. Excellent. I had to take over half of it home with me, and my wife, and I had the rest for dinner! The bakery items are big, and yummy, and the cheese cake is all home/hand made. The breakfasts are huge, and the sandwich's are enormous! Home made everything. We will go back here many a time, like every time we head up Hwy 2. The people are very friendly, and seem happy to be working there. A great combination!

There was a long line of construction guys making take-away orders; that should have been a clue. The portions are huge. Very good home-made bread for sandwiches. If you're in a hurry, the brkfst wraps are much faster!

I have eaten here many times for breakfast and once for lunch. My hamburger for lunch was so good I kept burning my mouth because I refused to wait for it to cool down before eating it. I do recommend going early in the morning for the doughnuts though. Huge homemade doughnuts for grocery store prices. If you leave hungry it is your own fault because the servings are huge! Its not far out of Monroe and makes a great stop on your way to the mountains or just a pretty drive on its own.

Great Food, Great Pastries, good price, this is a fun little hole in the wall place with friendly staff. Right on Highway 2 easy access and little stores nearby where you can stretch your legs.
