My mother and I stayed here for one night. Upon checking in late, we were just ready to go to bed when I realized my socks were soaked. When I checked further, it turns out they had cleaned carpets earlier in the day, and given us a room with very wet carpets. My mom had to be at the airport at 4:00 AM so we were not very happy about having to pack everything up and move to another room at almost midnight. When we got into the new room, it was obvious someone had smoked recently in there, and the hotel had sprayed something to cover up the smell, which left our eyes burning, so a third move later, we finally got to sleep. When asked, we were told by the front desk there was no discount or anything that could be done to make our stay right. After getting home and contacting the manager, he sent an apology. In our opinion, this was NOT good customer service. We expected some sort of a discount for a future stay, so when I sent the mgr a second email saying I felt that just an apology was not right, he sent us a coupon for $5 off. No, I will not be staying her again, and I recommend you don't either. Any business like this one that does not value their customers will not be getting my hard earned dollars!

This hotel is very close to the airport and just off the interstate (we did not find highway noise to be a problem at all). They promptly get you at the airport and drop you back off.

This hotel is exactly what it portends to be: a comfortable, clean place to stay and a reasonable value. It came with everything we needed: internet, comfortable beds, and a very good breakfast included. There is also a Denny's next door.

Stayed here one night after a late arrival at GEG. The room was spacious and clean. Check in was efficient. Breakfast was one of the best and it was FREE. It included hot eggs and waffles. Great value for my rate of $69.

One draw back was the 40 minute wait for the courtesy van. In the evening it is also used to shuttle hotel guests to a nearby casino.

All in all, I would stay here again, and recommend this hotel highly.

This was a lousy hotel, with what my wife called a major "ick" factor. Our toilet plugged the first time it was used, very frustrating - signs on it said "hold handle down to flush", a very bad sign - so we knew it was old and needed work. We could not get ready to go out while they tried to fix it. Located right behind a gas station and a Denny's and sandwiched up against the freeway, it felt like a truck stop. The online pictures look nothing like the actual rooms, so we felt mislead. Food in the breakfast area was poor -- all the fruit was old and looked inedible. The beds were old and soft -- we both had backaches in the morning. We could not wait to check out , and went down the street to a nicer hotel. The only good thing was the relatively low price. We might even have stayed if they had moved us to a room we could actually use.
