“Great stay, quality property”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013

I have stayed at this property for the same annual conference many times. While my experiences have varied, the majority of all of my stays have been positive. This trip was no different. I am impressed with the Red Lion brand and feel this is one of their top properties.

They have done a nice job of trying to stay modern and have done some nice updates in rooms. As most others have said the beds are amazing and provide a very restful sleep.

I have stayed in a variety of rooms and all vary. Some have large bathrooms, others are pretty small. Some have lots of space in the main room, and others don't. The web site does a good job now of defining the room space and what is in it. I encourage you to splurge for an executive suite or bigger room...It is well worth the extra per night. If you want more details in specific, I encourage you to read my other previous reviews of this property.

Compliments to the staff at this property. I'll give a big bravo to Zach at the front desk. I had multiple conversations with him and he provided outstanding customer service with a great attitude.

Book a room and stay here with confidence.

Stay here with confidence!

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a room in the executive end of the building.

Stayed at the Hotel At The Park for 3 nights while attending a conference at the hotel. Room had been renovated recently and so clean. I found the staff to be very helpful, accomodations were wonderful and the banquet food was great. We were treated so well from Bellman, Front Desk, Banquet staff to Management. Hotel was close to downtown so you can walk across the river and get in some shopping too!

Room Tip: I like the tower rooms which provide a great view of the river or the mountains

We spent 2 nights at the Red Lion at the Park. I chose the hotel based on the rate, location and ratings. We got a nice discount booking through the Red Lion website by signing up for free membership in Red Lion's R&R loyalty The location was really convenient for park and downtown access. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've experienced, according to the whole family. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed two nights, just a little disappointed with dinner the first night and disappointed with selection of channels on the tube. The employees from the desk to the cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. Just can't rate it any higher sorry.

Room Tip: Get a suite with a view and deck and you will enjoy it.

Traveling with 2 dogs last week, we discovered that Red Lion is very accommodating. So we stopped only at Red Lion Hotels. All were fabulous, but this one was the best! They catered to our request for a floor level room that opens outside for our dogs. Also, we were newly married and the person checking us in sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne! Those extras aside, we find the rooms and bedding to be very clean and oh-so comfy! We stayed on an extra day here just to enjoy the riverfront. The restaurant was great as well. Grand view and good food! The hotel is located in the perfect spot, near other great restaurants and shopping. Access to the riverfront trails on both sides via bridges made leaving the car behind very easy. We are definitely coming back here for some r & r!

Room Tip: With dogs, the ground floor rooms with sliding glass doors are awesome!

Nice, spacious, clean rooms. The check in staff was very efficient and friendly. The hotel is older, but the rooms have been recently updated the only thing that I couldn't find enough of were outlets in one place. This is fairly common in buildings built before people traveled with MANY electronic devices. The room and all the furniture was well kept and quite comfortable. The hotel is right on the river front and was a great place to walk and see the city from. As mentioned by other guests, parking is $9 (as of April 2013) which is a little steep for a smaller city like Spokane. I would definitely stay here again!

the locations is awesome, that was the reason for picking the red lion !!! We were told the day before we got there that there wasn't aroom for us. They did find us a room, not the one I wanted, but it was a great location, not clean. The bstaff in the loounge and resterraunt were awesome and had great food. The checking out process was ridiculously slow. I would think they would have heard of ways to provide speady checkout. Had a special weekend planned. I would be hesitant to go back.

Room Tip: double check your reservation right before you go
