“unusual way to serve food”

Interactive eating and the converbelt for service. I loved being able to see the food before selecting it

“moving sushi in mall”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

Dinner after the movies is easy at this spot, no need to go out on the street in the winter. This seems like a fun place for the young; for us it was a bit more challenging. First we couldn't hear anything the whispering waitresses said. Next we found out that dinner isn't ordered, you must snatch it as the endless train-like-moving- around all the restaurant-tray passes you by, all the while trying to match elusive catch to picture on menu. The problem is the colours on menu that supposedly match the plates are different (which apparently the waitress told us in a whisper). We eventually just snatched something giving up on the matching game. My cucumber salad was good and some eel on rice as well. Others didn't fare as well. The younger crowd seemed to be doing fine, so if you know your sushi, go for it, and novices: enjoy the ride!

“Decent sushi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

Easy to spend a lot of money on a little bit of food, but the experience of a kaiten-zushi is one not to be missed.

“It was good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

I like this place alot more than Ichiban. More options to choose from, and it is much cheaper, plus it tastes better than Ichiban. I would recommend this place.

“Fun place for an afternoon happy hour.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012

I wouldn't eat dinner here, but it was good for a happy hour snack. I don't know how the sushi is supposed to stay fresh when it's on a conveyor belt with no one real intent on checking it. Fun because it was something new for all of us after walking around the park all afternoon. Techno music was annoying by the time we finished. Maybe I was just glad to sit down for awhile:)
