This is a corporate standard room located in downtown Spokane. There are no surprises lurking in the room. You are near a major thoroughfare, so you might have to keep your fan running at night if you are sensitive to noise. The staff are super friendly, but I believe that comes from living in Spokane (a tremendously improved city.) Catch the chocolate chip cookies while they are hot in the evening. For the runners/walkers in the group, the centennial trail is literally steps from the front entrance of the hotel. Here you are also catty-corner from Fast Eddy's, a place with tons of microbrews on tap. You can walk to a variety of restaurants. Avoid 'Italian Kitchen'. Steelhead Grill has an excellent burger.

My family and I booked two (2) rooms, they were large and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights rest after spending all day at Silverwood Theme Park. Wished there was a refrigerator available.

Great place -- extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast (waffles, sausage/egg sandwiches, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc..) 24 hour coffee/tea -- warm cookies in the evening. Rooms were clean and standard. Pool small, but nice.

Stayed here at least 10x in the last year - its always quiet, clean, and the staff was great. Even when I got in from Chicago at 2 or 3am, always friendly - and welcoming. Save money, stay here - not the Doubletree across the street. And the parking is free too!
