I am a business traveler and Keynoted a conference in Spokane last weekend. I selected the Hampton Inn for lodging. I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle and the driver was kind and courteous. Check in was efficient and my room choice was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel has several options for business travelers including office area, laundry and even a limited dining menu right on site. The pool was to be closed for renovation and I was thrilled with this as there would be be no kids running around; however, it opened on the second day and YES the children arrived. It amazes me how parents will let small children run through the hotel like a herd of elephants with NO supervision. After 3 loud trips down my hall, I called the front desk to report 4 wild unsupervised children. They must have had a chat
( with them) because there was no more noise. My only complaint was that there are not many restaurants close by at all...perhaps this will change. I enjoyed my stay.

We had the fastest, most efficient check-in of any hotel we have stayed & with a friendly desk staff. The room was clean, simple & well equipped. Free internet was a plus, We did not take advantage of the breakfast although it looked more than adequate. The bed was comfortable too.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night. My room was simple and clean and had everything I needed. It offers free parking up to 2 weeks from your stay, 24-hour shuttle service to/from the airport, and free Internet access. The breakfast room was not yet fully open when I was leaving at 5am, but muffins, bagels, fruits, drinks, etc., were available for pick-up.

My family just returned from a 3 week long driving vacation around the Western United States. We only stayed one night at the Spokane Hampton, but it was the best of the bunch.

The Hampton bedding it excellent. Clean and comfortable. They've gone to the down comforters with the duvet covers, instead of the typical thin, shiny, bedspreads... and it is just great. We were offered two queen beds instead of two doubles and that made a big difference to us.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was super nice, from the shower curtain to the high shower head with great water pressure. We had plenty of towels that were very nice and clean.

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and commented on how clear the water was. It was not crowded at all (although it was a Monday evening) and there was plenty of comfortable chairs for parents to sit and watch from.

The complimentary breakfast was terrific. Lots to choose from and we all got really full.

This hotel was so great that when we were ready to return home from a more than a week in California, we made sure that we booked another Hampton in Sacramento. It was also terrific.

We were very impressed overall and will try to stay with Hampton Inns in the future.
