“great customer service and priced well”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

Great hotel. Wish we had longer to stay but we had an early flight that morning. They were happy to check us in even when we were a little early. The checkin staff was very helpful and friendly. Anyway, we stayed in a room with a large king bed, very big living space with couch, coffee table and computer/writing desk. They have free WIFI and all the cable channels you could want. My wife liked the swimming pool and spa. It was very quiet the whole night, seemed like we were the only ones there at times.
The only issue is that the pillows were a little rounder than usual but I still slept well.
I would go here again and will definitely try for a Ramada as my go-to hotel.

Room Tip: Get a room with microwave and fridge, make your own food to save money.

In January we went to Spokane to spend the weekend with a nephew in college. We stayed at the Ramada Limited Suites. Our room was clean, neat, and enjoyable. Nothing special but everything worked and the amenities were as advertised. Breakfast wasn't a top drawer affair but if you were traveling... cereal, fruit and breads are all you need. No hot dishes. The best part was the price. Under $70 a night including taxes which are way high for folks coming from no tax states. It also was close to the campus and easy to get to from the hotel. We would go back.

Room Tip: Get up early if you want quiet time in the breakfast room. It's small.

My experience was pleasant until I went into the breakfast room. This happened on a Tuesday morning and the gentlemen who was in charge of preparing the food was extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention scruffy looking. I unfortunately didn't catch his name because I was so flustered by his presence, but he didn't present himself as very sanitary. Hotel employees should be all about the customer, their is no exception even if your a bus boy or breakfast slave. You are not eligible for bringing your personal attitude to work, you leave it at home. He approached me without a hello or a good morning, but instead snapped at me while I was gathering my food. What really caught my attention was how discusting his fingernails looked, and he was in charge of handling the food. The hotel manager should make some serious changes as to their staffing. The maid was also very rude, she looked like she hated her job and had a scowel on her face everytime we walked by her. Never a smile or a hello. Sheesh....

We stayed at the Ramada Inn over Memorial Day attending my cousins wedding. We were bunking with my parents because there were no more rooms available. They were very accommodating allowing two cots for the 4 youngster we brought with us. They brought us extra towel and sheets and other hotel accoutrements. Whenever I inquired at the front desk they we helpful and courteous. The pool was awesome and the spa was warm. The contienental breakfast was amazing. What really showed the metal of the service staff was a situation that happened on our checkout day. An unfortunate unforeseen event happened unbeknownst to the hotel. It could have happened anywhere and at any time. We are from Boise, ID and were all ready to travel the 6+ hours back home. When my sister went out to start loading the car she noticed someone had smashed the window and stolen monetarily insignificant things. Having never had this happen to us we were shocked and at a loss as to what to do next. Obviously our faculties returned and my sister called the cops and insurance. In the meantime Nic helped us with vacuuming the glass out and taping plastic to the window. The service desk attendant was on top of any other requests and even discounted our last nights stay. The hotel was a nice hotel but the service staff was exceptional. I will stay at this hotel again in a heart beat and will recommend it to any of my WA family members. Thank you Ramada North, you guys ROCK!

This hotel is only 1 mile from Whitworth University so cannot be beat for convenience. Also on the positive side, we got an incredible rate (less than $75 including tax/fees) for a large double room with microwave, fridge, love seat, table with two chairs, two sinks. The room amenities & fixtures were great, but the whole hotel smells (hallways & rooms), the carpets & upholstery are worn, the lamps have low wattage bulbs - in general, a feel of "you get what you pay for" The hotel is located one block back from Hwy 2 (about 3 blocks from Division) so is convenient and quiet, but the parking lot is poorly lit and has only a few spots in front that feel "safe". The staff were very friendly. The breakfast room is pleasant and the food quality average. The pool is nice and well maintained (has nicely sized hot-tub). Overall, we would stay here again for price and convenience to Whitworth, but hotel could use a serious "freshening up".
