Stayed here in the off season (October). I booked on line and relied on the reviews.. Big surprise! I was not warned remodeling was going on. Very noisy during day time hours. Room was small for the price. I think this is an old motel that Oxford bought. Certainly not up to its standards. I have used Trip Advisor for years and rely on the reviews of other people. Don't believe the reviews that rate this motel higher than a 2 1/2. They are not accurate. Walls are thin with much outside noise coming through. Busy street nearby adds traffic noise. I won't stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that you found the remodeling disruptive. Oxford offers three separate and distinct brands to serve differing needs of our customers. Our Oxford Inn brand serves the budget travelers, who are in need of a comfortable stay at an economy rate. When folks rate us on TripAdvisor, they are ranking us when compared to other 2 diamond hotels, and thus you will see 4 and 5 star ratings. We also have an Oxford Suites brand, which serves our business travelers and those seeking upgraded amenities and room features. Typically, our Oxford Suites brand is also highly rated in its class. Like the previous reviewer, you may find you would prefer our 3 diamond Oxford Suites accommodations on your next visit to Silverdale. . Thank you, again, for commenting and for staying with us

We only stayed here because we were transporting the charter bus drivers to the marching band competition and they were staying here so it made it easier for us. The lobby is very small, there are only two breakfast plastic tables! No elevator, the hallways smelled like mold very old smell. The rooms were tiny, the walls are so thin we could hear the people in the next room even with our TV on! The next day we stayed at the Oxford suites just a block away for about 25 more bucks! It was so worth moving. Those rooms were huge! We even got a balcony suite with the view of the bay. You get 2 drinks each plus an appetizer and the breakfast was a real homemade potatoes, bisquits and gravy, omelets etc! Stay there instead.

This was a great hotel. Booked online and it was a very smooth transaction. It is close to everything so walking to store, restaurant, etc was very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

If you can get passed the small, crowded lobby and the dirty, smelly hallway, the rooms are surprisingly very nice with comfortable beds and soft linens. We didn't go down for breakfast in the tiny lobby with the 2 tables. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

Having stayed at the Oxford Inn before, we found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and with the amenities we like. The continental breakfast was just enough to get us started for the day. Good job to the housecleaning staff and the friendliness of those at the front desk was appreciated!

This is a basic hotel with rooms remodeled recently, laminate wood floors, clean with good beds. Breakfast was basic and good. Our room was on the front of the building with cars driving through the driveway to parking areas adjacent to the hotel. Good location for Silverdale and Bremerton. Very reasonable price, probably appeals to business travelrs.

Room Tip: Ask for a first floor room, no elevator
