“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2008

Diamond Point B&B is located out of town and offers great comfortable accommodations and gourmet breakfast. If you like to unwind to a secluded beautiful B&B that offers bird watching, hot jacuzzi and comfortable beds - this is it. We stayed in one of the cottages which is separate from the main house and loved it. Great people, great food and great accommodations. We were lucky to find such a welcoming B&B and would return again.

Charming property. The house was modern and retro at the same time. Beautifully appointed. And squeaky clean. Lots of pretty green scenery surrounded the house.

Gourmet breakfast -- over the top delicious and made to order with an impressive array of choices on the menu .

Hundreds of birds visit the property, thanks to generous portions of feed that the owners put out. My uncle is an avid birder. We went to Sequim to go hiking at Dungeness Spit and in Olympic National Park. As a bonus, we enjoyed watching the birds at breakfast. They have a very nice deck outside, too -- nice for birdwatching.

And the host family are delightful people.

All this for a low price -- you can compare the prices for yourself, and you'll be see what I mean.

Only one point that inhibits my enthusiasm is a bug I had to squish in my room. When I mentioned it to the owners, they told me that they strictly avoid pesticides in favor of natural controls. I adimre this eco-friendly approach in concept, but as a practical matter, I would think twice about who I bring with me to stay there. In order to fully enjoy this place, I guess you have to be content with a higher-than-average chance of seeing a bug in your room.

I have stayed at the Diamond Point Inn twice now and
what an expierance. The grounds are off the beaten
path in a beautiful location near the ocean. There are
walking trails and the hosts offer bikes to use.

The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was like
none I have ever had at a B&B. I highly recomend the
crab quiche. The rooms are ultra clean and cozy.

While staying there we enjoyed a local winery. Took the
ferry to Victoria, Canada. We spent some time in beauthiful
Port Townsend, just 45 minutes away and enjoyed a
little night life at a casino just a short drive away.

  • Liked — The beautiful scenery
  • Disliked — No tv in the rooms, just videos to watch
