“Best choice near Sea-Tac airport”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

This new or newer H.I & Suites is great. This is large property located just off the south end of the airport. Price was good (please don't raise) and staff very friendly and accomodating. Good channel choices and HD TV's. Parking is both on main level and underground. Free too.... Rooms are nice and even quiet considering you're at the end of a runway. Breakfast area is big with plenty of Hampton Breakfast choices. No reason to stay anywhere else near airport.

Room Tip: ask for an upgrade. Not much of a view in either direction unfortunately. Rooms ending in "10...

It is a huge compliment to us to hear that we are the best choice in Sea-Tac Airport. We just opened in June of this year. We still like to say we are brand new. Yes, we do have free parking for our guests and free breakfast and free internet. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed them all. Again, thank you for choosing to stay with us instead of any other hotel in SeaTac.

Thank you for the lengthy review of our hotel. Many readers will appreciate all that you have to say. It usually takes us 10-15 minutes to get into the airport. Our shuttle are required to loop around to get into the airport. I apologize for the wait. One secret is that the benches at the Islands have heat air. If you sit on the benches, you will feel the warm air. Remember that for your next visit to Sea-Tac Airport. One of the other things I want to point out is that our King size do not have bath tubs but all the rest have bath tubs. FYI. Again, thank you for all your input about our hotel.

When we stayed here the hotel had only been open 3 months. We are Hilton Homors members and tend to stay at Hamptons for their reliability. This one is nice with a few hitches. There is an indoor pool and a very nice, clean fitness room. Breakfast is the standard Hampton fare. The room was okay but the lighting in the large bathroom was very dim and the ventilation system is LOUD. No fridge and no microwave. Also no treats. Honors members usually get treats when they book in advance. Underground parking. Decent place. No frills.

I'm so sorry about the vents. The vents are there to constantly air the room. I apologize if this was inconvenient to you. We also have microwaves and refrigerators in our suites only. We use fluorescent bulbs in the hotel so with time the lights should get brighter. At 3 months, I'm sure we had to work on some things but we have made some stride to get everything up to par. Please come and stay with us again. Thank you.

I stayed here in November 2012. The room was very modern and comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Flat screen TV (good size) with lots of high definition channels. The free breakfast was fairly good. Your room key is required to access the underground parking.

Yes this is a new property or at least from the outside and lobby it sort of seems that way, but once you get to the rooms it just doesn't feel that way. Whoever did the interior decor picked a color combination (red/brown/black) that that makes the place seem old, dusty and dated. On the bright side parking, breakfast and internet access is free. They have an indoor pool!

They have underground parking which is convenient since is rains a lot and you can get in and out without getting wet however the underground parking is a steep fall/climb. The other issue with this property is that they only have elevators in one spot of the hotel. It's a fairly long walk to either side of the building, which is weird design -- you'd think they spread out the 3 elevators but they didn't. The table inside the rooms is small so if you are there with family or need some space to spread out you may not enjoy it too much. Other than that it is about 10 min from the airport.

This is the best Hampton Inn that I have stayed in. The building is new and clean. The rooms were large, quiet and well layed out. Plenty of elevators and parking, near the airport. Several good restaurants nearby, the fron desk can give you info.

Room Tip: High floor on the back side of the hotel is very quiet.

It is an honor to hear that we are the best Hampton you have stayed at. This means a lot to our staff. We are also happy to hear that the front desk was able to give you options on restaurants. We will always strive to give our best service to our guests and it is rewarding to receive posting like yours. Thank you.

Stayed at this hotel the night before an early flight.  New hotel with well appointed spacious rooms.  Great location right by the airport, secure underground parking that is also available for parking your vehicle at for the duration of your trip.  Staff very friendly and helpful, check in and out were a breeze.  Having a very early flight to catch we found the 5AM breakfast very helpful with a good variety.   Shuttle to airport was a quick 5 min ride with a very friendly driver.  Will definitely stay at this location again.

Room Tip: Upgrade to the mini suite as they have a lot more room.
