“The worse hotel ever!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

The place was discovered covered with dog feces in the hallways-even witnessed a dog owner watching his dog poop in the hallway and walks on, smelled terrible, young children outside in the parking lot in the dark (night) climbing and jumping on car roofs, etc. The price was 75 plus tax...and we got overcharged and refused a refund since we stayed in the room for more than 15 mins according to their policy. We got our full refund back via VISA dispute along with evidence of being overcharged on the card at 249 for one night when the receipt shows an about 119 for one night. We left that hotel after observing the area and decided there was no way in hell we would stay there for one night. We went to another hotel for the night. NEVER will ever stay there. The website of the hotel is very different from in person; they also don't have free wifi either.

We stayed at this hotel prior to going on cruise to Alaska because it offered shuttle service and extended stay parking for a reasonable price. The hotel was dirty, breakfast was horrible- no juice or milk, one waffle maker for about fifty people, people staying in hotel were there on government dime and were supposed to get breakfast but really nothing to feed their small children. As well they took up all the indoors seating for hotel guests luckily it was nice enough to eat outside. The shuttle to the pier was almost an hour late taking us and we had to cram 8 of us plus driver in 7 passenger van. On return we called for shuttle for 8 and they wanted to jam 11 people in the van. Pay the extra and park near the pier and find a hotel further away to save money.

We stayed here because my friends found it. They picked up up at the airport and then the next day took up to the cruise terminal and when our cruise was done they picked us up and took us back to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The gentleman who picked us up from the airport recommended an italian restuarant for dinner and even dropped us off there and picked us up. The room we had was an overkill three beds but it was clean and comfortable.

We had the continental breakfast the next morning and it was good. I would stay here again. They exceeded my expectations.

Room Tip: Our friends had the front building and we had the back building they were the same except we had thr...

Yes...the beds seemed clean but THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Some of the reviews here suggest not much else is to be expected based on the price paid. Well, I believe our error was the believing the assertion of FREE parking while,we cruised for a week. The truth of it is....while there was no parking charge....seems it was combined in to the total. . We paid 212.00 for one night for two adults and a teenager. Ironically, we were duped into expecting more by the exorbitant price (for such a place). Heres the bottom line....we typically stay at Double Tree or Hampton ...or such. So be warned.....if your looking for that....dont choose this. :). Next time I will stay at a proven property and pay the extra for parking. It really IS a dump.

We stayed here a few nights before and after our cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is in need of a remodel but the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. They're convenient to the airport and the have a shuttle.

Will we stay there again? I'm not sure.

This review includes the experience of a group of 11 that stayed there in three different rooms for almost two days. Maybe this is not the best modern suites available in the area but rooms are clean and big. Yes, furniture and room structure are dated but they are working on rebuilding. This is located near the airport. Hotel shuttle and parking lots are both free for guests. Try looking for this in downtown hotels that charge you $40 for a single airport ride and $15 for a daily parking (yes, we stayed later in a downtown hotel after a Cruise travel). Airport Car Rental building can be reached by foot; very convenient if you have renting plans. Drive to Seattle Harbor and Downtown is just 20 minutes from this hotel if you take Interstate #5. Breakfast options are plenty and satisfying. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Room Tip: Gas stations, Subway, an Indian Restaurant and a big Supermarket are available within the same block...

If we hadn't already paid for the room we'd have been outta there in a second. It was dirty, broken down, non-smoking rooms still had smoke odor in all the furniture, the mattresses must be 30 years old and you keep rolling to the middle. Bathrooms needed to be redone and the toilet was clogged when we arrived. This place is deplorable...even for $75 a night.

Room Tip: Go anywhere else...even stay in your car. I'd bet it's cleaner.
