I had the pleasure of staying at this Holiday Inn during a quick stop over in Seattle. I only wish my time there had been longer, as the hotel was worth every penny! They are in the process of updating, but still maintained a nice appearance. I found the room very large and comfortable and the bed very comfy. My bed had 4 pillows....2 were labeled "firm" and the other two were soft. I liked the pillow options. Desk staff was very accommodating ..... asking about making a wake up call and providing information on the airport shuttle. The free shuttle runs every 20 minutes which is most convenient. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I had to head out at 4:00 AM.

It's an old property and lacks the usual Holiday Inn standard of cleanliness. The front desk people are a little short on the friendliness I find at most Holiday Inns. The room smelled funny the curtains looked like they hadn't been washed in years and were torn. If you need a reasonable place close the airport, this will work. if you staying for a couple days I would pick one of the other hotels there are numerous ones within a mile.

After picking a friend up from the airport relatively late at night, we chose to stay here. Check in was pretty quick, ended up getting our parking free for the night. Hotel staff was friendly. Only thing that was disappointing was the buffet breakfast.. Not a very good selection of food for the price. No problem with the room, comfortable bed, working phone/tv. If I were ever needing someplace to stay close to the airport, this would be it.

Arrived here after a long drive expecting to hop on my PC and have some room service. Parking was surprisingly difficult. Machine didn't work. Construction in the lot. Had to park far away. Also, wireless didn't work on my non apple products. In addition, while I was working, got a tremendous bleach odor that filtered into my room while eating. Gave me a headache. All in all, Too many things went wrong on this stay. Won't be staying here again unfortunately.
