“Stay and Fly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2011

We booked this Hotel on a "reverse fly and park" deal. We parked our car then flew to NC for Christmas. When we returned we stayed at the hotel one night before returning home. This Hotel is very accommodating and staff was extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice, roomy and comfortable. They have sleep number beds - but the jury is still out on exactly how comfortable they really are as compared to higher-end mattresses. I read one review where the person was up all night listening to the sound of the sleep number bed's motor. Although we heard our neighbor's bed "once" I am convinced that it would not have kept us awake or woke us up.
Linens are super nice, bath towels new and large. Location is outstanding - right across from the Airport and their shuttle service is convenient. I think they have fridges on request. They have a restaurant and bar but we got in late and left early so we did not utilize either one. If your flying out of Seattle and need a convenient place to park and a nice hotel to say in - this is the place for you.

We booked a room there ahead of a 6 am flight, not wanting to inconvenience our son with a 3 am wake up and drive. He dropped us at 10 pm, helped us with our luggage to our room, said a quick goodbye, and went to his car to leave. Not even 10 minutes had passed, and he found a parking ticket. While the lot is marked for hotel guests, even if we had checked in, brought luggage to our room and immediately returned to our car, it still would have been ticketed. In fact, the person who must have done the deed watched as we unloaded our luggage, walked right by into the lobby. He must have walked straight over and put the ticket on the car. My son was incensed, as were we. The desk said it would be taken care of, explaining it was a "new company" but still doesn't explain why they would be running around ticketing vehicles when people were still checking in for the evening. The efficient and most logical would be to check for legal parking after midnight, when most are in for the evening.
Other than the annoyance, and that making sleep a bit more difficult, we were only there 6 hours, so unsure of other amenities.
I am still debating a letter to Radisson on this, will wait to be sure that they handled this nastly little misstep. Our first experience with this hotel chain, not the best.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way to Italy. It was great to have something so close to the airport. We had a late flight arrival and early departure the next morning and although we probably could have walked, we utilized the free shuttle. The check-in & check-out process was very quick and the room was nice & modern - even had a Sleep Number bed. We got a great rate on Priceline - King room for $85!

The hotel is very pretty and cozy...Fireplaces, Christmas tree, etc...We ordered room service and were charged gratuity of 15% for party of over 6. Which I didn't see until after I had added an additional 20%. I felt suckered. During our 3 night stay, the first day we got NO room service. Came back to our wet towels, unmade bed, no water, coffee, etc, I called nicely to request some clean towels and shampoo, explaining the room had never been cleaned and the lady kind of laughed. She never apologized. The fan in the room ran constantly. The switch controlled nothing. Very stuffy room. The bar area downstairs was very nice, and the bartender was friendly enough and served us dinner, after the restaurant closed for the evening. The ELEVATORS are very LOUD. All night long. Louder than the airport noise....ha ha....

Good, standard-quality hotel, directly across the street from the main entrance to the airport. We have used it several times before or after flights, and have had no problems or complaints. But the best thing about it is that it right next door to The 13 Coins, which serves "upscale diner food" 24 hours a day.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We had an early morning flight and the hotel is literally across the street from the airport.

The hotel staff were average, but efficient. They checked us into the hotel quickly but weren't overly welcoming. The next day upon check-out, same thing. She checked us out quickly but didn't ask us how we enjoyed our stay or have a nice day, etc.

The room was quite large and comfortable. The sleep number bed is comfortable if you can get it adjusted correctly. It's nice to have the option of being able to adjust it. The bathroom was clean.

We have traveled to Seattle several times in the past few months and have stayed at two other nearby airport hotels. This hotel rates better than one by quite a bit and about the same as another one.

My chief complaint about this hotel was the noise factor. There were children screaming in the hall and I could still hear them screaming even after they'd gone into their room several doors down.

We would probably stay here again if we got a good rate, especially if it's only for one night, because the convenience factor to the airport can't be beat.

As other reviewers have stated, the location of this hotel make it ideal for a place to stay prior to early morning travel. For us, that's where it begins and ends. The rooms are dated, poorly maintained and uncomfortable. The room smelled bad and seemed dusty and stale as neither of us could sleep all night. There is clearly very little budget for maintaining and modernizing rooms at this property.

The worst part was that none of the drains in the bathroom worked at all. There's nothing worse than standing in water while taking a shower or brushing your teeth in a sink that does not drain.

The people running this hotel were nice enough and I have no real issues with service. I also admit that the room rate was very low, and this is a case of getting what you pay for.
