I am a Club Carlson member but this Radisson was very sub-par. During checkin we asked if there was a fridge in the room. We were told the staff can get engineers to get one to the room, but that never happened. Also the bathrooms were really poorly designed and the bathtub was extremely small. I did like the sleep number bed which was something the Radisson in Portland has as well. When I booked the hotel I did not realize they did not have a complementary breakfast like most 3 star hotels. They also charge $10 per night for parking. I can understand paying that fee if I was staying in downtown Seattle but this was outside the airport. I have stayed in quite a few 3.5/4 star hotels and this one did not meet my expectations.
As far as it goes for value and service there were too many negatives compared to positives. I stayed because I got a deal from Hotwire but even with the price of the deal, staying at this hotel was not worth it for me. Extremely disappointed. Now that I look at the ratings I see a lot of disappointed customers and I am not very surprised.

Thank you for staying with us, and we were sorry to see your stay was not as expected. We do regret missing your request for an in-room refrigerator, as usually we are quite efficient at fulfilling these requests. Our objective is to provide both value and exceptional service to our guests. We do have a $10 parking fee, which is one of the lowest parking rates among full service hotels at the airport.
