Stayed here during X-Mas 2011. Had a room overlooking the airport. Room was fairly quiet...didn't really here planes coming or going. Amenities included: free wifi, refrigerator and sofa bed, heated pool, gym and business center. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant but the menu looked pretty good. Staff was very friendly. Good place to stay before flying out.

Room Tip: Make sure room is updated.

Just spent a night prior to an early morning flight. Have stayed here many times before, and always was happy. This time I was pleasantly surprise to get a newly updated room. They whole hotel is being re-done. They are not quite done yet, but there was no noise form the workers, as they closed the whole floor they were working on.

The new look is fresh and modern.

Had a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs too. It was pretty decent, but a tad pricy.

We flew into Sea-Tac from Victoria BC and stayed overnight at the Raddison in order to catch our 8:30 AM flight to Maui the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably priced and clean. My wife and I were travelling with our 1 year old and 3 year old and, as you can imagine, needed help with everything. They set up a play pen for our youngest before we arrived and helped us with all of our luggage upon arrival. Check-in was easy and pain free.
Pool was a lot of fun for the kids.
They had a very nice continental breakfast, knowledgeable and helpful shuttle driver and excellent shuttle schedule. We were extremely pleased with this hotel and will stay at it again.

We stayed one night at the Radisson in order to catch early flight out next day. You can literally walk to this hotel from the terminal. Their suttle service was prompt. Our room faced east away from the airport so it was pretty free of outside noise. It appears that our room was recently redecorated. The overall appearance of the place was clean. Radisson needs to lose those sleep by number beds. Ours did not work so it was like sleeping on a pool table. While quiet from outside noise, it was very noisy with inside noise...doors slamming, people talking, and even though we were seven rooms away, you could hear the elevator. The restaurant was mediocre at best. Uninspired menu and uninspired preparation. Bottom line it's best feature is its location.

Room Tip: See of they have a room without number bed.

Stayed overnight here on the way from Seattle to Orlando. Called for courtesy shuttle from airport. Clerk was very nice, but somewhat hard to understand and had to re-ask questions several times. Shuttle arrived quickly and driver was very pleasant. Checkin went smoothly - had same employee that I talked to for shuttle. She was extremely sweet and helpful, in spite of having to concentrate closely on what she was saying.
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. When we arrived, room was very warm. A/C is pretty worthless. Luckily you could crack open window and that cooled it down. Left it open all night, luckily street/plane noise didn't bother us that much. Room was somewhat dated. Had a problem with TV, but after a call to desk someone showed up within several minutes to fix issue. Had room service - excellent food and employee delivering was so pleasant. Checkout was easy with just having to leave key in room. Caught 7am shuttle - right on time.

Spent one night here recently on my way out of Seattle. Turned in my rental car and then went to check in. Staff was nice...but the tiny restaurant did not look appetizing and the bar was dark and kinda not friendly looking. I went out to find something and ended up walking along the highway to find a strange little Korean BBQ place. Going back to the hotel, my room smelled moldy and my bathroom was not particularly clean. I guess it wasn't bad for one night and the location to SeaTac was very good for a very early flight out the next morning. Free shuttle was timely, although no coffee or anything in the morning lobby...

Thank you for staying with us, and for your feedback regarding your recent stay.

We do aplologize if your stay was not as expected. We are in the final stages of our guest room renovation, which will finish off our $1.8 million dollar refresh. This will include our new rbg Bar & Grill, and all guest rooms. All renovation work currently uderway now is isolated to a single guest room floor at a time, to avoid disturbing our guests.

We do have a complimentary coffee service from 3:00 am to 9:00 am daily in our lobby. I will review with our team here at the hotel if there may have been an interruption of service for any reason during your visit.

We do appreciate your staying with us, and hope you will return if your travels bring you back to Seattle, so you may experience first hand our fully upgraded hotel and services.

arrived at Seattle airport in the evening, proceeded to baggage, then went look for the hotel phone board to call for the shuttle, could not find it, so had to call long distance on my cell to ask for pickup. Was told to proceed to the garage and wait for shuttle, I explained my husband is disabled and cannot walk very far with his walker, and I have luggage as well as assisting him and the garage is a long way away on another floor and too far away! Finally they said the shuttle could pick us up at baggage door! Arrive at hotel, no one there to assist with bags, so , again, Im helping a disabled man, pushing luggage, we ask for a wakeup call, which never rang in the am!!! We are told shuttle goes every 30 mins, so next morning we arrive at 6:10 for the 6:30 shuttle, the shuttle driver is standing there doing nothing waiting, by 6:30 there are too many people, now a problem arise, driver cant get all luggage in, we all have to help arrange luggage, people left behind, shuttle leaves 10 mins late because of this problem!! Again problem arises, wants to drop us off in garage, I speakup and say my husband has a wheelchair waiting, he cannot go from garage to departure and I cant push all the luggage and help him, again, after alot of discussion, the driver agrees to drop us off at departure. As I said , we have stayed at Sea Tac hotels many times before , first time at Raddison, and it was way too much hassle and not a very helpful for the disabled!
