“Great place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2013

Awesome place to stay right on the waterfront. Bed was super comfy, flat screen tv, clean rooms, etc. The only thing that could have been better is, well, I don't think it could have been better. I will stay there again. Front desk staff recommended great places to eat.

Room Tip: Suites have mini balcony, so you can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset. What a view!

The staff at the Hampton in Richland is always nice and eager to help. The location is on the Columbia Rivers, and offers an excellent view. The rooms are quiet, and they are always clean. The only challenge with the Hampton inn is that it does not support a restaurant in house. Therefore, you will need to eat out, which is not always a bad thing.

The hotel staff is very accommodating in letting us check out late since I have to attend a seminar until 5PM. My husband checked us out at 2PM. Location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from the Richland Community Center. This is the only hotel that advertises that bed duvet is cleaned for every guest. THAT is Excellence in Service!!!

No complaints about this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and fresh. The van to the airport was convenient. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a standard room the morning of our stay right from their web sight. We got a standard room (2 queen beds, no balcony, no view of the river) figuring we weren't there for the scenic view anyway, just for a nights stay for early soccer games on Saturday. The employees were very courteous, and helped with anything, the pool is open 24hrs (my girls loved that) the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable, hotel was very quiet, but it wasn't the high traffic season either, and breakfast was great! If I were to stay again for leisure I would defiantly upgrade to a room with a view, as they are on a great view of the Columbia river.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a river view and balcony in the warmer season, would be well worth it!

This property is very quiet and clean, a bit more money than some other hotel rooms in the area but it is on the river so that's to be somewhat expected give their great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hampton Inn in Richland, Washington is a great place to stay. Good location within the city, and beautiful spot on the Columbia River. It is a nice, clean, well kept facility, with a friendly staff. There is a nice river side trail between the hotel and the river, excellent for walking, running, or biking. The pool and exercise room look great too, though we didn't use them on this visit.
