We love the Republic Pizza Company’s sausage, pepperoni, black olive pizza; it has a great sauce, flavorful meats, a superb crust , and real cheese (I only mention this, because we’ve eaten at pizza places where the cheese doesn’t actually seem to melt). We’ve tried pizza restaurants in Tonasket, Colville, and Spokane, and this is hands down our favorite in the Tri-County area. Their service is quick and their prices easy on our budget. The first time we ate there we ordered a medium pizza, and it was so large we downsized future orders to a small. The owner explained that their large pizza is 16,” which is 2” larger than many most large pizzas, and their medium pizza is 14” (equivalent to many other restaurants’ large pizzas). The small-sized pizza is ample for us, and only costs $11 ($5.50 each), which makes this one of the most economical restaurants in Republic. Though we often eat in their restaurant, we also have them deliver to the Republic Brewing Company (just around the corner), so we can enjoy an excellent pale ale with our pizza. The Republic Pizza Company serves calzones, sandwiches, soups, and pasta. The restaurant is family run and the owners are friendly. We really like this little restaurant and highly recommend it. Yummy!
