We arrived late and noticed that directions from ariport were left at home. Called hotel and Chip provided us with excellent directions. He was extremely upbeat and happy about working with us.

We have stayed at several Hilton Garden Hotels. The rooms are almost always the same. The bed is wonderful and the bedding is comfortable. The room had a little frig. and microwave along with normal coffee maker, iron, etc...

Breakfast was only issue and it was really our fault. We had the cont. breakfast thinking it would be included or no more than fast food. Turns out it was almost as high as the full breakfast. In the future we will just get something on the road. However, if you are looking for a "full breakfast" theirs looked good and price was somewhat reasonable considering it is attached to hotel.

I would stay here again and would recommend it. We stayed only one night after a long flight.

  • Liked — Night staff and comfortable bedding
  • Disliked — Breakfast ... little high for cont. breakfast

My husband and I stayed here for New Year's Eve and the night before to have a quiet getaway before we flew out on New Year's Day. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were and how quiet it was throughout our stay. We had seen quite a few party-goers and were afraid it would get loud and rowdy but we never heard a thing. The hotel was not really convenient to Seattle, but close to plenty of shopping malls and restaurants in Renton. The only complaint would be that the pool was supposed to be open and was still being fixed. Other than that, a great stay!

The only reason I booked a one-night stay at this hotel was because I needed a place to stay to catch a flight in the morning, and I had had good experiences with Hiltons before. But this hotel was quite the contrary.

I booked a non-smoking room, and was given a room that was designated "non-smoking", but was on the "smoking" floor, and had obviously been smoked in. The bed was nothing special, and there were old, thin sheets on it. The room was okay, and "kind-of" clean.

The only plus of the hotel was the friendly staff.

I would only stay here again if I had to. It is definately better than a Motel 6 or other motel, but isn't very good. Only stay here if you don't mind what I listed above.

Me and my parents stayed in this hotel while we were visiting my older brother who lives in Seattle. The hotel is very nice.....clean and comfortable. Location is alright as well, although if you want to stay near Seattle, Renton isnt the nicest place. Plently of things to do around the hotel and close to the Seattle suburban area. The only problem was that the staff was not as nice as we thought it would be. Many times my parents came back to the hotel and did not receive a "hello" or a "have a nice night". These are classic signs of a bad staff. Unfourtunatly my parents found a good deal for a room on hotwire, so they will be staying there again, I on the other hand will not. This hotel has nice potential if they could get a friendly staff together.

Despite its location (at the intesection of two busy freeways), the rooms are very quiet, extremely clean and well stocked. I found the room to be spacious and the bathroom to be bigger than most chains, but nothing amazing (the towel bar is located in the shower but the towels don't get wet). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but tend to be sparse during the early afternoon hours. I would definately recommend this hotel for business and adult travellers who are looking for a bit of peace and quiet.
