Description: In the fall of 1937, President Franklin D. Roosevelt visited Lake Quinault Lodge during a fact-finding trip and enjoyed lunch in the later-named Roosevelt Dining Room. Nine months later, Roosevelt signed a bill creating Olympic National Park. Today you'll enjoy outstanding cuisine in the Roosevelt Dining Room, one of our famous Olympic Peninsula Restaurants, as well as panoramic views of the Lake and the mountains beyond.

“Excellent food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

Buffalo meatloaf was grreat.

Christmas decorations created lovely lighting and atmosphere. Very nice listening music, that allowed us to talk and be heard easily. Wonderful view of lawn and lake.

“Thanksgiving Buffet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2012

The buffet was the only offering on Thanksgiving Day in the restaurant, but it was really good. The many side dishes were delicious, and the carving station served turkey, ham and prime rib.

Breakfast the next morning in the Roosevelt Room was also very good, especially the Eggs Benedict.

“Very nice lunch!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

Lovely lunch made up of a cup of clam chowder and a Tomata Bruschetta - both very well prepared and presented very nicely! And the setting can't be beat overlooking Lake Quinault.
