Prosser may seem like an easy town to drive by, but it offers a lot of good wines and now we've discovered this great bistro restaurant. Service has been friendly and helpful. We have tried several of the pizzas -- pear and bacon, pesto eggplant, margarita -- and each had unique and great flavor. The margarita had a stronger flavor which I liked. Many margarita pizzas seem too bland, but this one had some zest from the tomato. Don't know what they added, but it was wonderful. The market salad and toasted romaine salad are both great. We also tried an appetizer of goat cheese on toasted baguette topped with honey-drizzled fresh peaches. Oh, that was a good bite~! I'm sure that appetizer is seasonal, but is shows the creativity of the restaurant to use fresh local ingredients. This reminds me, the patio seating is set around their herb garden boxes. On several occasions while dining, one of the chef's has come out with scissors in hand to snip some plate garnish or cooking herbs. You can't get fresher than that! We even got to sample some fennel flowers. As the name implies, this place is full of good wines. The wine flights are a great way to find something you like, which is easy to do, and they sell many of the wines by the bottle to take home.
