My wife and I have a second home near to Poulsbo for about 9 years now. We have found that for a nice meal, without driving 40+ miles, we go to Poulsbo. We started with Mor Mor, but over the last 2 years, Sogno di Vino is where we want to go to have lunch or dinner more often than not. We bring friends from the area, or out of the area all of the time. Everyone to this point have enjoyed their time there.
We love and enjoy the food, the service, the wine selection, and an occaissional cocktail. We have eaten in many good to excellent restaurants around the country and overseas. This restaurant fully meets our expectations for service, and if we want to try something different, Chef Wilhem will try to accommodate. But perhaps more to the point, we understand that there are times when we need to wait a little longer, or something we would like to try is not available. That should not matter, but it does matter to a lot of people that get upset by little things.
Sogno di Vino is an experience for us that we repeat often when we go over to our place on the Canal. We are thankful that such a place is there for us. And we also balance our expectations with what is going on in the economy, and what Robb and Angela can reasonably provide in terms of service, wine selection and fine food. And Chef Wilhem - we marvel that he is there to provide us with upscale culinary results, something we value a lot.
