Open for some seven months the Brickhouse gets better each visit.
They only have a full staff on weekends and when they do service is prompt and attentive. During the week they are short staffed and it shows is in slow service.
The menu is varied and well done. The sauce has a bit of spice to it that makes it especially tasty. The pizza has herbs in it that add a distinctive and really special flavor.
Definately worth several return trips - if they keep improving they will soon be hte best place in town!
