We stayed for 3 nights in unit #325, the only unit available Easter weekend (March 24-27 2005). This unit does not fulfill the website promise of authentic victorian furnishings. The unit is a 3 bedroom (2 Queen, 1 Twin) 1 bath house that has been remodeled to be ADA accessible. Furniture was basic 1970's trailer park. There is no view of the beach. The house is on NCO row and is next door to the USO building and unfortunately for us, there was a loud party in the USO on Friday night. Quiet time is 10 pm for the whole park, but we finally had to call the Park Rangers to complain at 11 pm. The Rangers responded within 10 minutes and took care of the problem. I wouldn't recommend unit #325 unless you must have ADA accessible or it's last minute reservation and this is the only unit available as was our case (it is held until 3 weeks before rental date for handicapped renters, and within 3 weeks of arrival it is available for anyone to rent.)
The park itself is beautiful and we would return. But next trip will be staying in one of the houses on Officers row. Or, if you have an RV, try the RV park, which is right on the beach. Only about half of the spots have a view of the water, but if you get one of those, WOW!
