“Awesome Service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2009

What an exceptional property! I haven't stopped raving about the staff since we left over a month ago, the GM, the AGM, the Kitchen staff, the Housekeepers! My Goodness, what an amazing team of people! They took care of us with grace and dignity and handle every little detail with a smile, and enthusiasm that just isnt found often enough these days.

We came in with a challenging group of friends (hey they're my friends, I can say that they can be difficult), and the Staff here out performed every expectation.

We just stayed at this Best Western while on a family vacation to Yellowstone. Great hotel, fantastic breakfast, comfy beds and clean rooms. We has (5) in our party so we needed two rooms. We would stay at this hotel again if we are in Pasco!

After reading the reviews here between the headquarter hotel of our event (down the street) and this Best Western it was a no brainer to stay at the Best Western.
Check in was a breeze, room clean & no funky smell(the entire hotel is non-smoking!), 24 hour pool & hot tub (not like I was planning on dipping at 3 am).
The only complaint/critizism I have was the water from the tap. It tasted like lake water & was warm no matter how long I let it run.

My husband and I needed to book a last minute two-day stay in the
Tri-cities for a family event. We booked with the Best Western Pasco and got a great rate, had a great room and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room was very sizable and included a fridge, microwave and wet bar. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast, featuring eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, custom-made omelets and waffles. We were able to get a great start to our day. The hotel also featured a pool, sauna and hot tub, which was open 24 hours a day. The only complaint we had was that the pool deck was a bit slippery and that the pool area didn't have an "adults only" time. So even at 11pm. there were a large number of kids splashing and screaming, so we didn't feel very enthusiastic about swimming. But these were small issues, during a great stay. We would highly recommend this hotel if coming to the tri-cities area.

Our stay here was a VERY nice surprise! We booked the room last minute. The first time we called, they were completely full, but we called back later and a room had opened up. Customer service was very friendly, and they gladly booked our stay with a AAA discount.

Finding the hotel was a breeze! I find the Tri-Cities pretty confusing, but the hotel was on a main road and easy to see from the freeway.

Check-in was fast, but nobody pointed out the elevators to us, so we wandered down hallways for quite a while before housekeeping pointed us in the right direction. When we finally made it to our room, we found that they had upgraded us to a mini-suite because it was "the room that opened up". Talk about a great way to start the weekend! The room was BEAUTIFUL! Much, much nicer than I had expected for only $109! It was spotless, attractive, and very modern and had a beautiful bathroom (though kind of small), mini bar with sink, sofa, and 2 TVs. The bed was SO comfortable...best night's sleep that I've had in months!

The continental breakfast was NOT what you would expect...it was BETTER! Complete with fresh belgian waffles and every breakfast food you could dream of, it was absolutely the best I've seen. The food was hot, fresh, and GOOD. At check-out, they tried to charge us for the suite upgrade, but after I pointed out that we had been quoted for the regular room price, they happily adjusted the rate. Great!

I'd definitely recommend this hotel...wish we could have stayed longer!

  • Liked — Very comfortable, clean, and great decor.
  • Disliked — Business center was swarming with unattended kids and it was hard to find our room.

We spent two great nights here (one night each way). We had a hideous motel experience in Pasco three years ago and I was reluctant to stay in this town again. Boy, were we surprised. The staff were pleasant, particularly the reservations clerk who took my late cell phone call from outside town. Our dog was welcome; the rates were competitive; the room was large and very attractive; the towels were good quality; the bed was very comfortable; and the breakfast was super with individually prepared omelets! One couldn't ask for a better experience when stopping for a night on a long road trip.

  • Liked — Large new attractrive room and personal breakfast; Highway access
  • Disliked — Coffee; Limited restaurants in area (Nearby Red Lion restaurant only average)

What a nice stop over during a 10 day road trip. The hotel was centrally located, the staff at the front counter were very helpful, the room was huge and clean, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet and the continental breakfast buffet was among the best we have ever seen. We would definately stay here again if we come to the Tri-Cities area.
