I saw this new restaurant as I was driving by earlier this month, and since I especially enjoy Mexican food, I was eager to try it. The atmosphere isn't especially eye-catching, but it is clean and spacious, and the staff warm and friendly. The very best thing about Fajita Grill is the food. I was told that everything is made on site with fresh ingredients, and from what I tasted, I believe it. Many Mexican restaurants fill empty spaces on plates with piles of tasteless Spanish rice and soupy refried beans. My chimichanga at Fajita Grill had deliciously tender chunks of beef, the rice was tasty and I cannot begin to describe the beans. They are perfectly made and could in no way be described as "soupy". Portions are very reasonable as are the prices. It's a really good place.
