This place is very typical Olympia...funky, eclectic, energetic, and straight up weird. My husband and I love Oly for its weirdness and unbeatable people-watching :)
Checked out Sage's for the first time today, at a friend's recommendation. Food was good but nothing earth-shattering. We had the scramble and the Mako (or something like that), paired with the mocha chai thingy and the Arabic white espresso drink. If I got a redo, I would try the pancakes and another drink. My recommendation would be to check it out if you live around the corner, but if you're spending a short amount of time in Oly, there are some better spots to eat in town.
