I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last few years. I head up to visit my brothers a couple times a year. This hotel is not fancy, but it is clean, reasonably priced and conveniently located. The absolute standout for me is the service. The girls who run the front desk are sweet and helpful and genuine. They remember you right away. This is usually an extended stay hotel for the military families or business men who come up, so each room is equipped with a stove, full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. In the morning we were craving eggs (had a bit of a hangover), and my girlfriend went down to buy eggs from there little pantry, and unfortunately there was no oil or butter in there. She asked the girl at the desk if they sold any. She said unfortunately they didn't, but she ran in the back and got her personal tub of margarine. The care and attention paid to the guests is truly above and beyond. This is a chain hotel that has a family business feel. Now, as far as amenities, I totally appreciate the mini kitchens. The rooms are a good size. The beds are not so comfortable, but I do truly think it is the nicest hotel on the island unless you're going to spring for some bed and breakfast down on coupeville. By far the staff make this a great place to stay.
