Everything about our stay was 5 star! Beautiful scenery, wonderful staff, excellent food...the drive itself was incredible. Excellent getaway if you're needing to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

My husband and I had not had a vacation in a very long time. We were worn out and at the end of our rope. We read about the Bonniville resort on line and decided to give it a try since it was a short jaunt from Portland. We needed to be back at our jobs on Monday so a weekend get away was what we were looking for.
To our great surprise the experience was beyond any of our expectations. The resort is nestled amidst pine trees and fresh breezes. We immediately felt relaxed and serene. We literally submerged ourselves in the waters of the spa baths, swimming pool and hot tubs. We were served excellent quisine by courteous staff.
Both my husband and I would refer anyone without reservation to experience the Bonniville HotSprings Resort. We are planning Another Trip to Paradise next month.

We in fact are going through growing pains with 50% of the staff hired Since February 15, including new managers. We are addressing the mentioned problems. We have already made changes in the pool area and have limited the hours that children under the age of 16 can swim. Unfortunately, some parents don't supervise their children adequately in the pool area.

We have also changed management and staff for the food and beverage outlets and revamped our menus in hopes to offer a more healthy/spa-like menu.

As always, we appreciate feedback whether it is good or bad. We are aware of the customer service issues and have been working hard to revamp the menus and the training of staff members. Unfortunately, 50% of our staff is new as of the middle of February. We agree that the property has potential and we are working hard to rise to the level of customer service that our guests expect.
