My family (4 adults) and one small dog enjoyed staying at the Cape Motel. It is cute with the pine wood, bright and sunny with lots of windows. My 20-something year old daughter and son marveled at the allocation of space. She wondered why college dorms don’t mimic the effective space usage as this hotel did. There is one bunk bed set in a small space and one large bed in the main room. We used the large bed to play various card games. We shared so much laughter playing together. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee pot, and an adequate refrigerator. There is no sink, but the bathroom sink is close by. All our food items in our medium-large cooler fit surprisingly in the refrigerator, including frozen strawberries for our smoothies. (We brought a Vita-mix blender.) The free Wi-Fi worked fine. In town we purchased smoke salmon. It was quite fresh and tasty. The bathroom was clean and the shower had powerful pressure. Every day new towels were brought to our room. Across the way from the cabins are restrooms and showers for the campers. That restroom was neat and clean too. We enjoyed the clean space of this cute cabin and would recommend it highly to others. Even a bald eagle majestically sat in a tree overlooking the cabin—about 75-100 feet away—what a beautiful sight.
